Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and TillyCall Ltd for your use of TillyPay. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

TillyPay is operated by TillyCall Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17402622), registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. You can reach us at info@tillycall.com.

2. What TillyPay does

TillyPay lets you turn a short job description into a professional invoice and send your customer a link to pay it by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. TillyPay is a software tool — it is not a bank, payment institution or money-transfer service, and we never hold your money or your customers' money (see section 6).

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and using TillyPay for your business or trade (not as a consumer). By signing up you confirm you're authorised to enter into these terms on behalf of your business.

4. Your account

5. Subscription, trial and billing

6. Payments to you (Stripe Connect)

Customer payments are processed by Stripe. To take real payments you connect your own Stripe account, and payments made by your customers go directly to your Stripe account and settle to your bank. TillyCall Ltd is not a party to the payment between you and your customer and never holds those funds.

Your use of Stripe is also governed by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Stripe's fees for processing payments are separate from your TillyPay subscription.

7. Your responsibilities

8. Availability

We work hard to keep TillyPay running well, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may carry out maintenance or update features, and we'll try to keep any disruption to a minimum.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that:

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for any claims, losses or costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your handling of your customers' data.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using TillyPay and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully. On closure, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability and indemnity) continue to apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use TillyPay after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
